Virginia Ungar was the moderator of the conference in which Florence Guignard and Ruggero Levy discussed “The Infantile”, entitled: What are the consequences of the encounter of the infantile of the analysand and the analyst in the transference situation?

Virginia Ungar was invited to participate in this event where she had a dialogue with the sculptor Dylan Lewis.

Virginia Ungar was invited to give a conference for the International Women’s Day, organized by COWAP Brazil.

The Sociedade Brasileira de Psicanálise de Ribeirão Preto and its Institute of Psicanálise invited Virginia Ungar to present the inaugural class on “Integrated Training and the Future of Psychoanalysis”.

Tengo el enorme dolor de anunciar el fallecimiento de Janine Puget, que ha sido una psicoanalista sobresaliente, nacida en Francia y que emigró a la Argentina durante su infancia. Miembro didacta de APdeBA, ella y sus contribuciones han recorrido el mundo, haciéndola merecedora del premio Sigourney en 2011. Hizo escuela en el Psicoanálisis Vincular y por sobre todo ha sido una pensadora profunda, abierta a los cambios y a la novedad hasta el final de su vida. Supo ser consecuente con sus ideas hacia la igualdad de oportunidades en el campo social y en el hecho de pensar a un psicoanálisis comprometido con la cultura, abierto y en movimiento, alejado de cualquier tipo de certezas. Vamos a recordarla siempre por su mente brillante, por su elegancia, su humor penetrante e irónico y por su capacidad de escuchar y de estar siempre presente. Hacemos llegar nuestras más profundas condolencias a su familia, a los miembros y analistas en formación de APdeBA ya todos aquellos cercanos a ella. Su pérdida será sentida muchísimo.
